Brittany Jacoby is the artist behind FoxandPoppy and the voice of So, This Is Nebraska. She is currently juggling projects which include writing a children's book and collaborating as the illustrator for a book of poetry. She lives with her husband and children in Nebraska, where she is inspired by all things natural, simple and good.
